Our Company Formation Service

Clients can use our on-line incorporation service to establish and structure a UK company without any further input from us and generally within 3 hours. After incorporation the client has complete ownership and is wholly responsible for the company. Please contact us if you wish to incorporate a company in an overseas jurisdiction.
We also offer incorporations on a fully managed service basis with all initial documentation completed and, if appropriate, officers appointed. Please contact us for details.
Whilst we do not give tax advice we are happy to compare and contrast the many jurisdictions of incorporation and to suggest alternative structures which your tax consultant may then consider.
The effectiveness of the structure depends very much on having professional directors and efficient administration, which may involve accounting, invoicing, and operation of the company's bank account.
As part of our incorporation package we provide a Certificate of Incorporation, a set of Memorandum and Articles of Association, a set of share certificates, and a combined register containing all the records required by the jurisdiction including a minute book. A company seal and press are available at extra cost. If we are retained to provide the company secretary, we will retain these books. Where the client or his professional advisor fills this role the documents will be passed on to them.

• Use our "Free Name Check" to see if your chosen company name is available. The Check provides up-to-the-minute accuracy.

• Choose from our selection of company formation packages; Reservation Package , E-mail Package 3 Star Package , 4 Star Package, or Business Package. A full description of each company registration option is provided.

• Click on the "Order Now" icon to make your company purchase. An invoice is provided for your records at the end of the process.

• Appoint your director, secretary and shareholders. You can also monitor the progress of your limited company registration as it passes through Companies House.

• Make payment and enter your contact and credit card details using our secure HSBC Payment facility.

• You are sent immediate confirmation via email of your transaction from HSBC and ourselves.

• You will receive your company registration documents in a short time, typically three hour
