A professional client wishes to establish a UK private limited liability company. The company is to trade internationally in the import and export of goods and services. They wish to act as director and be involved in sourcing and supplying the company’s business. They require a company secretary and also require the companies day to day back office function to be administered on their behalf.
The client establishes the company via the web site and provides us with suitable due diligence information to establish his identity and the bona fide activities of the company.
